摘要
一例5岁龄北京(杂)犬出现后肢蜷缩、无法站立、匍匐前行,触诊脊椎、右后肢,患犬呻吟,疼痛感明显,深按后肢无反射;尿失禁、尿黄,排粪未见异常。经临床检查、实验室检查以及特殊检查,结果显示淀粉酶与Ca^(2+)含量均略低于正常值,脊椎处明显发亮,表明该犬骨质密度增加,胸椎末端与腰椎前端间隙变窄,间隙距离不均匀,在T13与L1间隙出现明显的钙化灶,椎体边缘有骨赘。综合各项指标,诊断为胸椎与腰椎间隙处(T13至L1)骨质增生。中兽医诊断发现患犬神情惊恐,舌色白、苔淡,脉浮且细,喜卧地板,四肢阴凉,辨证为里虚寒证。经西兽医缓解疼痛等对症治疗,中药养筋汤补肝生筋,温经通络,配合针灸通经除痹,艾灸行气活血。持续治疗30 d,病犬恢复正常,预后良好。
A 5-year-old Peking(mixed)dog showed crouching hind legs,inability to stand,and creeping forward.On palpation of the spine and right hind limb,the dog groaned with obvious pain,and there was no reflex to press the hind limb deeply,which was with urinary incontinence,yellow urine and normal bowel movements.The results of clinical examination,laboratory examination and special examination showed that the content of amylase and Ca^(2+)were slightly lower than the normal value.The spine is clearly shining,indicating increased bone density,narrow and uneven space at the end of the thoracic vertebrae,obvious calcification in the T13 and L1 space,and osteophytes at the edge of the vertebral body.A comprehensive diagnosis of bone hyperplasia was made in the thoracic and lumbar space(T13 to L1).The traditional Chinese veterinarian found that the dog looked frightened,the tongue was white with the light fur,the pulse was floating and thin,and the limbs were cool because of liking to lie on the floor.The syndrome differentiation was interior asthenia and cold syndrome.The pain was relieved by symptomatic treatment of western medicine.The liver was tonified and tendons were generated by traditional Chinese medicine Yangjintang to warm meridians and dredge collaterals.Moxibustion activates Qi and activates blood circulation.The three methods were used cooperatively.After 30 days of continuous treatment,the dogs returned to normal and the prognosis was good.
