摘要
学科教研的根本宗旨是改进教师个体、群体的教育理念,提高教师个体、群体的专业素质。在区域范围内开展学科教研活动存在集中困难、农村教师交通不便、活动时间不充足、交流活动受限制等缺陷。而基于互动模式下的在线教研模式以个性化教研平台为载体,为教师和教研组提供了灵活便捷的学习空间,促进教师间切磋、交流,深化校本专题研究职能。充分借助网络的互动优势,搭建个性化的线上线下混合式教研平台,开展线上集体备课、反思交流、自主学习、专题研究,线下课堂实验、互通学习、资源共建等形式多样的区域教研模式,提高教师专业素养,解决教师实际教学活动中的问题,提高了教研的效率,使校本教研达到最优化,对新形势下教研模式的进一步深入与延伸有一定的研究价值和推广应用意义。
The fundamental purpose of subject teaching and research is to improve the educational philosophy of individual and group teachers,enhance their professional quality.In carrying out subject teaching and research activities within the regional scope,there are shortcomings such as difficulties in concentration,inconvenient transportation for rural teachers,insufficient activity time,and limited communication activities.Based on the interactive mode,the online teaching-research model uses a personalized teaching-research platform as a carrier to provide flexible and convenient learning space for teachers and teaching-research groups,promote communication and exchange among teachers,and deepen the function of school-based thematic research.Taking full advantage of the interactive advantages of the internet,a personalized online and offline blended teaching-research platform is built to carry out various forms of regional teaching-research models,such as online collective lesson preparation,reflective communication,self-directed learning,thematic research,offline classroom experiments,interactive learning,and resource co-construction.This improves the professional competence of teachers,solves problems in their actual teaching activities,improves the efficiency of teaching and research,and optimizes school-based teaching and research.The further deepening and extension of the teaching-research model under the new situation has certain research value and significance of popularization and application.
