摘要
党的二十大报告指出,“加快发展物联网,建设高效顺畅的流通体系,降低物流成本”。在新一轮信息技术的推动下,数字经济与乡村产业的融合已成为提升农业现代化水平的基础战略,这种融合不仅是促进乡村经济提质增效的手段,还是一个不断创新的动态过程,也是高效和智慧的内融状态。本文以数字经济赋能乡村产业融合发展为研究主题,以促进乡村产业的创新与转型为导向,提高乡村各产业发展的市场潜在力,推动城市和乡村各产业的交汇与融合,探讨以数字化为主导的乡村经济在各产业交汇融合中的着力点。然而,我国以数字化为主导的经济赋能乡村各产业的融合发展尚有欠缺,面临数字经济基础设施薄弱、数字技能人才匮乏、数字技术应用能力不足等问题。因此,本文提出完善数字化基础设施建设、壮大专业数字人才队伍、提高数字技术应用能力等策略,充分释放数字技术的赋能作用,为推动数字乡村建设和实现乡村全面振兴提供理论基础和实践探索。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes accelerating the development of the Internet of Things,building an efficient and smooth circulation system,and reducing logistics costs.With the advancement of new information technologies,integrating the digital economy with rural industries has become a fundamental strategy for enhancing agricultural modernization.This integration is not only a means to improve the quality and efficiency of the rural economy but also a dynamic and innovative process,representing a state of efficiency and intelligence.This study explores strategies for empowering the integrated development of rural industries with the digital economy,focusing on promoting innovation and transformation,expanding market potential,fostering the convergence of urban and rural industries,and identifying the key areas where the digital-led rural economy can drive industry integration.Despite progress,China's practice of leveraging the digital economy for rural industry integration faces challenges such as weak digital infrastructure,a shortage of skilled digital talent,and insufficient application of digital technology.Therefore,this paper proposes strategies to improve digital infrastructure,strengthen the professional digital talent pool,and enhance the application of digital technology.The goal is to fully unleash the potential of digital technology,providing a theoretical and practical foundation for promoting digital rural development and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.
