摘要
当前,中国流通业正面临转型升级的重要需求与多重挑战,数字经济时代,流通业实现数字化转型是必然趋势,因此,本文认为抓住数字经济发展机遇是中国流通业实现转型升级、提高质量和效率、保障高质量发展的关键。本文选取我国2013—2019年30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,分别运用DEA-Malmquist指数和熵值法测算流通业效率和数字经济发展水平。本文通过构建固定效应模型,实证分析数字经济发展水平对流通效率的影响。结果表明:第一,中国流通效率整体水平不高,地区间发展存在明显差异;第二,我国数字经济发展势头迅猛,但地区间发展水平存在差距;第三,数字经济可以显著促进流通效率的提高,且经过稳健性检验后结论仍成立。因此,本文提出以下政策启示:完善数字信息基础设施,加大数字经济相关技术的研发力度;加速促进流通产业链数字化改革;助力数字经济赋能流通领域等,以供参考。
Currently,China's circulation industry is facing a critical need for transformation and upgrading amidst multiple challenges.In the era of the digital economy,digital transformation of the distribution industry is an inevitable trend.Seizing the development opportunities of the digital economy is crucial for the transformation and upgrading of China’s distribution industry,improving quality and efficiency,and ensuring high-quality development.This study selects panel data from 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2013 to 2019,and uses the DEAMalmquist index and entropy method to calculate the efficiency of the distribution industry and the development level of the digital economy.By constructing a fixed effect model,this study empirically analyzes the impact of the digital economy's development level on distribution efficiency.The results indicate that:first,the overall efficiency of China's distribution industry is not high,with significant regional differences;second,while the development momentum of China's digital economy is strong,there are evident regional disparities;third,the digital economy significantly promotes the improvement of distribution efficiency,and this conclusion still holds after robustness testing.Therefore,this study suggests strengthening digital information infrastructure,promoting technological research and development in the digital economy,accelerating the digital transformation of the distribution industry chain,and empowering the distribution sector through the digital economy.
