摘要
目的探究更年期综合征患者采用激素替代疗法的临床价值。方法选取100例更年期综合征患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,每组50例。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇片治疗,研究组采用天然黄体酮联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗。对比两组患者的激素水平、子宫改善情况、骨质情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组激素水平、子宫内膜厚度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组脊椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度均显著高于对照组,骨钙素、甲状旁腺激素均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的14.00%(P<0.05)。结论天然黄体酮联合戊酸雌二醇片可显著调节更年期综合征患者的激素水平,改善其子宫内膜厚度。
Objective To explore the clinical value of hormone replacement therapy in patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods 100 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,and the study group was treated with natural progesterone combined with estradiol valerate tablets.The hormone levels,uterine improvement,bone condition and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hormone levels and endometrial thickness in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the spinal bone density and femoral neck bone density of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the osteocalcin and parathyroid hormone were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 14.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Natural progesterone combined with estradiol valerate tablets can significantly regulate hormone levels and improve endometrial thickness in patients with climacteric syndrome.
