摘要
为满足城市温室气体监测评估的需求,推进碳监测同化反演技术示范应用,从目标导向、资源整合、重点突出、对标国际等四个方面提出城市碳监测技术体系构建设计,构建了基于高准确度碳监测站、地面走航、无人机、传感器、卫星/地面遥感及碳同位素等多种监测手段融合的天空地一体化碳监测技术体系并进行技术示范;同时结合卫星数据,分析了多个城市不同同化反演模型的技术应用,推进城市温室气体摸清本底、跟踪评估变化趋势的试点监测,为全国深入推进温室气体监测提供了可推广、可应用、可示范的技术支撑。
To meet the demands of urban greenhouse gas monitoring and assessment,advance the demonstration application of carbon monitoring assimilation inversion technology,we outline key design points for constructing a technical system for urban carbon monitoring,focusing on target orientation,resource integration,highlighting key aspects,and benchmarking against international standards.Integration of various monitoring methods is analyzed,such as high-precision carbon monitoring stations,ground-based surveys,drones,sensors,satellites,and carbon isotopes,to establish a comprehensive urban carbon monitoring system.The technical application of different assimilation inversion models in multiple cities is examined in conjunction with satellite data,actively promoting pilot demonstrations for identifying baseline greenhouse gas levels and tracking trend assessments.Thus,we provide widely applicable and demonstrable technical support for the nationwide advancement of greenhouse gas monitoring.
