火电厂1000 MW机组设备尿素热水解制氨系统模拟优化分析

摘要 火电厂是电力的主要来源,但其机组运行过程中会产生大量含有氮氧化物的废气,导致各类环境问题发生。为减少火电机组排出废气的氮氧化物含量,提高火电机组的环保效益,根据尿素热水解制氨脱硝技术,设计了一种火电机组废气自动控制处理系统。结果显示,该系统可快速调节热解炉温度,使火电机组排出废气,可有效降低火电厂排出废气的氮氧化物含量(下降82%),进而减少火电厂在从事生产活动时造成的环境污染。 Thermal power plants are the main source of electricity,but their units generate a large amount of exhaust gas containing nitrogen oxides during operation,leading to various environmental problems.In order to reduce the nitrogen oxide content in the exhaust gas emitted by thermal power units and improve the environmental benefits of thermal power units,an automatic control and treatment system for thermal power unit exhaust gas was designed based on the urea hydrolysis ammonia denitrification technology.The results show that the system can quickly adjust the temperature of the pyrolysis furnace,resulting in a 82%reduction in nitrogen oxide content and exhaust gas emissions from the thermal power unit.This system can effectively reduce the nitrogen oxide content in the exhaust gas emitted by thermal power plants,thereby reducing the environmental pollution caused by the production activities of thermal power plants.
