大口径环形防喷器胶芯密封性能分析及设计

摘要 基于常规胶芯在井控过程中翻胶、撕裂的状态,设计了一种适用于大口径环形防喷器的密封胶芯。基于虚功原理,结合Blatz-Ko材料超弹性模型的本构方程,建立了球形胶芯密封有限元模型,模拟了胶芯受活塞推动下的变形-密封过程(初始变形、大变形阶段和密封接触),开展了不同剪切模量和活塞行程下的胶芯密封性能研究。同时结合国标GB/T 20174—2019和API 16A的技术要求对胶芯进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:球形胶芯密封性能受材料的剪切模量影响较大,随着剪切模量增大,接触压力先增大后减小,变形量随着剪切模量的增大而减小;在防喷器结构参数方面,活塞推进行程越大,胶芯接触压力和变形量随之增大。试验过程中密封部位无渗漏,证明研制的胶芯密封性能满足要求。研究方法和结果可为防喷器胶芯设计及密封性能增强提供参考。 Conventional packer for annular blowout preventer(BOP)is often folded or torn during well control.A packer suitable for large-diameter annular BOPs was designed.Based on the principle of virtual work and the constitutive equation of the Blatz-Ko material hyper-elastic model,a finite element model of spherical packer was established to simulate the process of packer deformation-sealing(incl.initial deformation,large deformation,and sealing contact)driven by the piston and thus clarify the sealing performance of the packer under different shear moduli and piston strokes.Moreover,the spherical packer was verified through tests subject to GB/T 20174—2019 and API 16A.The results show that the sealing performance of the spherical packer is greatly affected by the shear modulus.As the shear modulus increases,the contact stress increases and then decreases,and the deformation decreases.In terms of the BOP structural parameters,with the increase of piston stroke,the contact stress and deformation of the packer increase.No leakage was observed at the seal during test,proving the qualified sealing performance of the spherical packer.The research method and results proposed in this paper provide reference for designing BOP packer and improving its sealing performance.
