摘要
针对我国挖掘机用液压缸可靠性水平较低,缺少对挖掘机液压缸可靠性试验及评价方法的研究等问题,以市场保有量较大的2.1×10^(5)N挖掘机斗杆油缸为试验对象,开展了往复试验、脉冲试验、超载试验等多种可靠性试验。收集了试验过程的性能指标数据和关键零部件的拆解分析数据,通过将试验数据与实际使用样件测试数据进行对比分析,验证试验方法合理性及试验数据准确性,验证挖掘机液压缸可靠性试验方法、试验时间与实际使用样件工作时间存在对应关系。通过试验得出脉冲试验1万次、2万次,往复试验30万次、50万次可以对应实际工作时间1000、2000 h的对应关系,为后续挖掘机液压缸可靠性试验评价方法研究提供了参考。
In view of the low reliability level of the hydraulic cylinder used for excavator in our country,the research on the reliability test and evaluation method of the hydraulic cylinder used for excavator is lacking,taking the bucket rod cylinder of 2.1×10^(5) N excavator with large market holding capacity as the test object,various reliability tests,such as reciprocating test,pulse test,overloading test,were carried out.The performance index data of the test process and the disassembly analysis data of the key parts were collected,then the test data were compared with the test data of the actual sample parts,to verify the rationality of the test method and the accuracy of the test data,and to verify the relationship between the test method and the test time of the hydraulic cylinder of the excavator and the working time of the actual working sample.The results show that the 10000,20000 times of pulse test and 300000,500000 times of reciprocating test can correspond to the 1000 h,2000 h of actual working time.It provides reference for the study of reliability test and evaluation method of hydraulic cylinder of excavator.
