摘要
本文对功能集成式泵-马达能量回收技术进行分析,给相应的性能评价指标;基于功能集成式能量回收技术设计一种泵-马达一体化新型液压源装置,并提供主要创新零部件的结构设计,以及装置工作原理的科学描述;通过原理性实验验证基于功能集成式能量回收技术的泵马达一体化新型液压源作为液压系统中节能装置的可行性。
In this paper,the energy recovery technology of functional integrated pump-motor is analyzed and the corresponding performance evaluation indexes are given.Based on the functional integrated energy recovery technology,a new type of pump-motor integrated hydraulic source device is designed,and the structural design of the main innovative components and the scientific description of the device’s working principle are provided.The feasibility of the pump-motor integrated hydraulic source as an energy saving device in hydraulic system is verified by the principle experiment based on functional integrated energy recovery technology.
