摘要 随着“碳达峰、碳中和”国家政策的出台,太阳能光伏发电项目成为新能源电力行业的主力军,为了有效开发难利用的闲置土地资源,通过采用大跨度柔性光伏支架的新设计理念,结合宝鸡陇县100 MW农光互补项目的工程实践,充分证实了柔性光伏支架能够有效的攻克山谷、丘陵和沟壑地带难利用开发土地资源的难题,克服了传统的光伏支架桩基础密度大、成本高、结构复杂、安全性差等缺点,既盘活了闲置土地资源,又节约了建设投资成本,打破了传统的设计理念,缔造了新的革命创新。 With the introduction of the national policy of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality",solar photovoltaic power generation projects have become the main force in the new energy power industry.In order to effectively develop idle land resources that are difficult to utilize,a new design concept of large-span flexible photovoltaic brackets is adopted for the engineering practice of the 100 MW agricultural photovoltaic complementary project in Longxian,Baoji.It fully confirms that flexible photovoltaic brackets can effectively overcome the problem of difficult utilization and development of land resources in valleys,hills,and gully areas.It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional photovoltaic bracket pile foundations such as high density,high cost,complex structure,and poor safety.It not only revitalizes idle land resources,but also saves construction investment costs,breaks traditional design concepts,and creates new revolutionary innovations.
