摘要
随着《政府会计制度》和预算绩效管理全面实施,对事业单位财务管理转型升级提出了更高要求。推动业财融合已经成为事业单位发展的核心工作任务之一。由于目前部分事业单位对于业财融合认识不到位、信息交流不畅、复合型人才不足等原因,造成业财融合推进缓慢。为此结合当前事业单位业财融合的主要问题进行分析,并提出针对性的优化措施。
With the comprehensive implementation of the“Government Accounting System”and budget performance management,and the continuous advancement of modernization of national governance,higher requirements have been put forward for the transformation and upgrading of financial management in public institutions.One of the key objectives of the establishment of public institutions is now to encourage the combination of business and finance.The integration of industry and finance is progressing slowly for a variety of factors,including a lack of understanding of the integration in certain governmental organizations,inadequate information flow,and a shortage of inter-disciplinary talents.Therefore,this paper analyzes the actual situation and main problems of the integration of industry and finance in public institutions,and puts forward targeted optimization measures.
