摘要
目的观察艾灸阿是穴治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效及对肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院60例癌性疼痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组口服三阶梯止痛药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合艾灸阿是穴治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效、疼痛缓解时间、24h爆发痛次数、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、生活质量评分(QOL)及不良事件发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组疼痛总缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛缓解时间、24h爆发痛次数低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组TNF-α和IL-6水平低于治疗前,治疗组TNF-α和IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组恶心呕吐、头晕、嗜睡、便秘等不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用艾灸阿是穴联合三阶梯止痛药物治疗癌性疼痛患者,可延长止痛时间,减少24h爆发痛次数,提升止痛疗效,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of moxibustion at Ashi acupoint for cancer pain and its impact on the quality of life of cancer patients.Methods Sixty patients with cancerous pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with three tiered oral analgesics,while treatment group was treated with moxibustion on Ashi acupoint on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement in pain relief time,the number of 24 h pain outbreaks,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels,Quality of Life Scale(QOL)score,and the incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total pain relief rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the relief time and frequency of 24 h pain outbreaks in treatment group were lower than control group,and the QOL score was higher than control group(P<0.05);TNF-αand IL-6 levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,which were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events such as nausea,vomiting,dizziness,drowsiness,and constipation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of moxibu-stion at Ashi acupoint and three-step analgesic drugs can prolong the pain relief time,reduce the frequency of 24 h pain outbreaks,improve the pain relief efficacy,and improve the quality of life of patients with cancer pain.
