摘要
目的:分析贵州某医院住院患者万古霉素用药情况。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年12月于贵州省第三人民医院应用万古霉素治疗的75例住院患者作为研究对象,收集患者资料,分析万古霉素治疗效果、不良反应、用药不合理情况。结果:75例应用万古霉素治疗的住院患者中,病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌较为多见;患病部位以心、肺较为多见;科室分布以重症医学科、普外科居多;多合并有高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症。万古霉素治疗总有效率达97.33%。75例应用万古霉素治疗的住院患者中,发生不良反应5例,用药不合理5例(6.67%)。结论:贵州某医院住院患者万古霉素应用基本合理,但还有提升空间,临床需加强干预,进一步提高用药合理性,减少用药不良反应,充分发挥万古霉素的应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the use of vancomycin in inpatients of a hospital in Guizhou Province.Methods:A total of 75 inpatients treated with vancomycin in the Third People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from August 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patient's data were collected.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,and irrational medication of vancomycin were analyzed.Results:Among the 75 inpatients treated with vancomycin,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and coagulase-negative staphylococci were common pathogenic bacteria;the heart and lungs were common affected sites;the departments were mostly critical care medicine department and general surgery department;most of the patients were complicated with hypertension,diabetes,and hyperlipidemia.The overall effective rate of vancomycin treatment was 97.33%.Among the 75 inpatients treated with vancomycin,5 cases had adverse reactions and 5 cases had irrational medication(6.67%).Conclusion:The application of vancomycin in inpatients of a hospital in Guizhou Province is basically rational,but there is still room for improvement.Clinical intervention should be strengthened to further improve the rationality of drug use,reduce adverse drug reactions,and give full play to the application effect of vancomycin.
