摘要
国家实施中医儿科住院医师规范化培训目的是培养理论基础扎实,动手实践能力强,临床水平过硬,具备对常见病、多发病进行中西医结合临床诊疗能力的应用复合型人才。在科学发展的今天,中医儿科住院医师规范化培训要借助现代数字化技术与传统的中医儿科学相结合,即传统师带徒方式与数字化相结合的模式,走出一条中国特色化的中医儿科住院医师规范化培训之路。深圳市中医儿科住院医师规范化培训过程中以传统师带徒方式培养学员中医治疗疾病的思维和方法,由带教老师把丰富的临床经验和中医理论相互融合、逐渐升华,形成自己的风格,再以数字化技术将其转化为文字理论与临床实践相结合,深入浅出地传授给学生,为国家培养合格的中医儿科住院规培医师。
The national implementation of standardized training for pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine is aimed at cultivating application-compound talents with solid theoretical foundation,strong practical ability,excellent clinical level,and the ability to conduct clinical diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-onset diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.In today's scientific development,the standardized training of pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine should be combined with modern digital technology and traditional pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,that is,the combination of traditional teacher-apprentice and digital mode,to find a way of standardized training of pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine with Chinese characteristics.In the course of the training in Shenzhen,students are trained in the thinking and methods of TCM treatment in the way of traditional teacher and apprentice,and the teachers are guided to integrate their rich clinical experience with TCM theory and gradually sublimate it to form their own style,which is translated into text theory by digital technology and combined with clinical practice,so as to impart profound ideas and simple ideas to students.In order to train qualified Chinese medicine pediatric hospital training doctors needed by the country.
