摘要
对丙酮一步法合成MIBK反应体系进行热力学研究,计算了体系中主、副反应在80~260℃反应焓、反应熵、吉布斯自由能和平衡常数。结果表明:在给定温度范围内,丙酮缩合加氢体系主、副反应均为放热反应,主反应放热量相对较少。随着温度升高,主反应始终自发进行,平衡常数恒大于1;副反应平衡常数逐渐减小,当反应温度>110℃,副反应非自发进行。
The thermodynamic study of the one-step synthesis of acetone into MIBK reaction system was carried out.The reaction enthalpy,reaction entropy,Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constant of the main and secondary reactions in the system at 80~260℃were calculated.The results showed that in a given temperature range,the main and secondary reactions of the acetone condensation hydrogenation system were exothermic reactions,and the heat release of the main reaction was relatively small.As the temperature increased,the main reaction always proceeded spontaneously,and the equilibrium constant was always greater than 1.The equilibrium constant of the side reaction decreased gradually,and when the reaction temperature was higher than 110℃,the side reaction was not spontaneous.
