摘要
以石油焦为前驱体,通过碱活化的方式制备出锂离子电容器多孔正极材料,再通过调整碱焦质量比,探索不同活化深度对正极材料微观性质以及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:当碱焦比为3∶1时,QDPC系列多孔正极材料的比表面积最大,对电流密度的响应度最高,且倍率性能最好。由此推断,随着碱焦比的增加,材料的比表面积随之增大,优化了材料的孔道结构的同时,加快了离子和电子的扩散和传输速率,并为孔道内部提供了更多的储锂位点,提升了材料的电化学性能。
Using petroleum coke as the precursor,a porous cathode material for lithium-ion capacitors was prepared by alkaline activation.By adjusting the mass ratio of alkaline to coke,the influence of different activation depths on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the cathode material was explored.The results showed that when the alkali-coke ratio was 3:1,the QDPC series porous anode materials had the largest specific surface area,the highest degree of correlation with current density,and the best rate performance.It was inferred that with the increase of alkali-coke ratio,the specific surface area of the material increased,optimizing the pore structure of the material while accelerating the diffusion and transport rate of ions and electrons,providing more lithium storage sites inside the pores,and improving the electrochemical performance of the material.
