摘要
以精制石油焦为原料,经球磨、炭化和石墨化制备负极材料,并组装成扣式电池。考察影响电化学性能的石墨化关键性能,包括表面形貌、比表面积、粒度分布、石墨化度、元素组成等,进行充放电、循环伏安、交流阻抗测试。结果表明,首次嵌锂容量为349.2 mAh/g,首次库伦效率为78%;500次循环后,容量上升为440.6 mAh/g,充放电效率接近100%。精制石油焦制备的负极材料具有稳定充放电平台、低的电极电位及良好的循环性能。
Using petroleum coke as raw material,the anode material was prepared by ball grinding,carbonization and graphitization,and assembled into a button battery.Graphitization key properties affecting electrochemical performance,including morphology,specific surface area,particle size distribution,graphitization degree,and element composition,of the fined petroleum coke were investigated,and cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance of the model battery were tested.The results show that the first lithium insert capacity of the anode material is 349.2 mAh/g,the first Coulomb efficiency is 78%,and the capacity is maintained at 440.6 mAh/g after 500 cycles,with the charging and discharging efficiency of close to 100%.The anode material prepared from petroleum coke has stable charging and discharging platform,low electrode potential and good cycling performance.
