摘要
失能老人均有不同程度的日常生活自理能力缺陷,不得不依赖照护者照护,而照护过程中照护者自身生理心理也间接被影响出现改变,自身生活质量也会有所下降,这一特殊群体的照顾负担也逐渐被关注。本文阐述失能老人照护者照顾负担相关概念、测量工具、研究现状及影响因素,发现失能老人照护者照顾负担的影响因素多,不仅包含照护者和失能老人双方面的因素,还包含社会支持、家庭功能等诸多其他因素,分析各影响因素的原因,提示医护人员针对不同的影响因素应采取相应减轻照护者照顾负担的措施,总结相关建议,旨在为减轻失能老人照护者照顾负担、提升失能老人及照护者生活质量相关研究提供参考。
Due to their different degrees of self⁃care ability in daily life,the disabled elderly have to rely on the care provided by their caregivers to improve their quality of life,and their own physiology and psychology are also indirectly affected and changed in the process of care,and their quality of life will also decline.This paper reviews the related concepts,measurement tools,latest re⁃search status and influencing factors of the care burden of disabled elderly caregivers,and finds that there are many influencing fac⁃tors of the care burden of disabled elderly caregivers,including not only the factors of caregivers and disabled elderly,but also many other factors such as social support and family function.To provide a reference for research on improving the quality of life of the dis⁃abled elderly and their caregivers.
