摘要
目的了解城市失能老人亲属照顾者的照顾负担。方法2018年2-8月,在杭州市主城区的三个社区中采用目的抽样法选取15位失能老人亲属照顾者为研究对象,对其进行面对面半结构式深入访谈,运用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果得出8个主题,即角色冲突、自由受限、知识欠缺、沟通障碍、应对困难、设施陈旧、健康受损、心理疲惫等。结论城市失能老人亲属照顾者的照顾负担较多,建议开展喘息服务,强化照护培训,鼓励协同照顾,完善救助机制,改进基础设施,以减轻其照顾负担。
Objective To explore care burden of relative caregivers of urban disabled elderly. Methods From February to August 2018,15 relative caregivers of disabled elderly were selected from three communities in the Hangzhou City by the purposive sampling method.Descriptive qualitative research was used to conduct the face-to-face semi-structured interviews,and the content analysis method was used to conduct data analysis. Results Eight main themes emerged:role conflict,lack of freedom,knowledge deficiency,communication barriers,dealing with accidents,old infrastructure,health impairment and mental fatigue. Conclusions Relative caregivers of disabled elderly in cities bear some burden of care.It is suggested that relevant departments adopt specific measures,such as carrying out time-out services,strengthening nursing training,encouraging collaborative care,improving relief mechanism and improving infrastructure to reduce the burden of caregivers .
