摘要
针对装配式项目的特点,通过对某实际工程安全管理的介绍,探讨了装配式建设模式下的施工安全管理问题。通过合理的管理工作机制与施工管理方案,并采用智慧工地管理系统,既保证了施工质量,又实现了安全高效生产,希望能为装配式模式下的施工管理提供借鉴思路。
Based on the characteristics of prefabricated projects,explores the construction safety management issues under the prefabricated construction mode by introducing the safety management of a certain actual engineering project.Through reasonable management mechanism and construction management plan,and the use of intelligent site management system,not only to ensure the quality of construction,but also to achieve safe and efficient production,hoping to provide reference ideas for the construction management under the prefabricated mode.
