摘要
近年来,装配式建筑在我国取得了良好的发展成效。随着装配式建筑的快速发展,其施工现场的管理问题也随之而来。结合装配式建筑施工技术特性,对装配式建筑施工现场存在质量管理和安全管理问题进行研究,并采用5M1E分析法对其引发原因进行分析。在此基础上,从6S管理理论角度出发提出相应的管理优化措施,以期为提高装配式建筑施工现场管理效率提供参考。
In recent years,prefabricated building has achieved good results in China.With the rapid development of prefabricated building,its construction site management problems also follow.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated building construction technology,the problems of quality management and safety management in prefabricated building construction site are studied,and the causes are analyzed by 5M1E analysis method.On this basis,from the perspective of 6S management theory,the corresponding management optimization measures are put forward,in order to provide reference for improving the efficiency of prefabricated construction site management.
