摘要
糖尿病肾病(DKD)作为糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,已经成为导致终末期肾病的重要原因之一。微RNA(miRNA)是长度为19~25个碱基对的短链非编码RNA,其可与靶基因mRNA的3'非翻译区结合,参与下游信号分子的表观遗传调控。研究表明miRNA可与DKD的发生发展密切相关,本文就miRNA与DKD之间的关系及其研究进展作一综述,以期为DKD的预防、诊断、治疗提供参考。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)as one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes,has become an important cause of end-stage renal disease.MicroRNA(miRNA)is short non-coding RNA with 19~25 base pairs in length that bind to the 3'untranslated region of target mRNA and participate in the epigenetic regulation of downstream signaling molecules.Studies have shown that miRNA can participate in the occurrence and development of DKD and have important value for the prevention,early diagnosis and disease assessment of DKD.In this paper,the relationship between miRNA and DKD and the research progress are reviewed in order to provide reference for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of DKD.
