糖尿病肾病内质网应激近10年相关文献的计量学和可视化分析 被引量:4

Metrology and visualization analysis of related literatures on endoplasmic reticulum stress in diabetic nephropathy in the past 10 years

摘要 目的 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病的微血管并发症之一,是导致终末期肾病的主要原因。本研究对近10年在Web of Science发表的DN内质网应激的相关文章进行计量学和可视化分析,探讨该领域的研究热点。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集,采用Excel、VOSviewer、Histicite分析数据。结果 共检索到303篇文章,其中根据高被引文献、高频关键词的聚类及叠加视图分析可得出,近10年对DN的研究仍侧重于发病机制,其中内质网应激、细胞自噬、氧化应激以及微炎症状态等为研究热点;相关的信号通路有哺乳动物雷帕霉素复合物1、AMP活化蛋白激酶和沉默信息调节因子1等;发现如雷帕霉素、白藜芦醇以及二甲双胍等信号通路激活剂或抑制剂可能作为DN新的治疗手段。结论 现今DN内质网应激的研究热点主要是DN的分子水平;近年来DN治疗的研究方向主要为针对信号分子的靶向治疗。 Objective Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes, which is the main cause of the end stage renal disease. In this research, we conducted a metrological and visual analysis of the related articles about DN endoplasmic reticulum stress published by the Web of Science in the past10 years, and discussed research hotspots in this field. Method The core collection of Web of Science was retrieved and analyzed with Excel, VOSviewer, and Histicite. Results A total of 303 articles were obtained;according to the highly-cited literature, clustering of high-frequency keywords and analysis of superimposed views, it could be concluded that the research on DN in the past 10 years still focused on the study of pathogenesis, including endoplasmic network stress, cell autophagy, oxidative stress and microinflammation;related signaling pathways included the mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1, AMP-activated protein kinase and silence infor-mation regulator 1. New therapeutic targets, such as rapamycin, resveratrol and metformin, activators or inhibitors of signaling pathways were regarded as a new treatment for DN.Conclusion The research focus of endoplasmic reticulum stress in DN was mainly at the molecular level of DN;in the treatment of DN, the research direction in recent years was mainly a targeted therapy for signal molecules.
