摘要
在研究国内外电气监控系统的基础上,根据快运列车运行及货物运输的需求,对货车电气综合监控系统进行了方案设计。该方案由供电系统及综合安全监控系统组成,供电系统采用轴端自发电及机车集中供电2种可切换供电方式;综合安全监控系统包括照明及门控系统、烟雾报警系统、制动监测系统、走行部监测系统、视频监控系统、通信系统及显示系统等。进行了子系统的功能测试,基于整车开展了电气综合监控系统滚动、振动及冲击试验,验证了该系统的可靠性。
This electric integrated monitoring system for freight car has been developed based on the investigation of electrical monitoring systems both domestically and internationally,in accordance with the requirements of express train operation and cargo transportation.This design scheme consists of power supply system and integrated safety monitoring system.The power supply system adopts a power supply mode switchable between axle-end self-generation and locomotive centralized power supply;The integrated safety monitoring system includes lighting and door control system,smoke alarm system,brake surveillance system,running gear surveillance system,video monitoring system,communication system and display system,etc.The function test of the subsystem has been carried out,and the rolling,vibration and impact tests of the electrical integrated monitoring system have been conducted on the whole vehicle,which verifies the reliability of the system.
