方形圆弧角养殖池径深比对水动力特性的影响

摘要 为研究方形圆弧角养殖池径深比对养殖池内流场的影响,本文建立以实际工厂化循环水养殖池尺寸按比例缩小的单通道排污结构养殖池物理模型实验系统,采用声学多普勒流速仪开展了进水管布设位置、水体日循环次数、入射角度等参数工况下不同径深比(即养殖池边长与水深之比)的流场监测,系统分析了径深比(2∶1~7∶1)对养殖池内流场特性的影响规律。研究表明:径深比参数明显影响养殖池内的水动力特性,随着径深比增大养殖池水体平均流速呈下降趋势,且在径深比为2∶1~4∶1时下降较快;当径深比为3∶1~6∶1时,养殖池具有较好的水动力特性,此径深比范围低流速区比例较低、水体较均匀,有利于养殖池空间高效利用和营养物质均匀分布。 The industrial recirculating aquaculture system has the advantages of a controllable breeding environ-ment,resource saving,and easy centralized treatment of breeding waste.It aligns with the current green,healthy and sustainable breeding goals andis one of the essential directions for the transformation and upgrading of the aquaculture industry.The aquaculture tank in the recirculating aquaculture system provides a controllable environment conducive to the growth and reproduction of fish,while suitable hydrodynamic conditions can pro-mote healthy development of farmed animals and efficient sewage discharge of solid particles(such as residual bait,manure,etc.).Minor changes in the tank structure under specific conditions will also have a more signifi-cant impact on the hydrodynamic characteristics of the tank.The diameter to depth ratio is an important param-eter that affects the hydrodynamic characteristics in aquaculture tanks.It is also closely related to aquaculture tanks′sewage collection and discharge effect.There are few reports on the influence of aquaculture tank diame-ter to depth ratio on hydrodynamic characteristics and sewage collection and discharge.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the diameter to depth ratio of aquaculture tank,create a excellent hydrodynamic environ-ment,smooth discharge of solid particles and water quality control.This paper established a physical model test system of the single-channel sewage structure aquaculture tank with the size of the actual factory recirculating aquaculture tank reduced to study the influence of the diameter to depth ratio of the square arc angle aquaculture tank on the flow field in the aquaculture tank.And The Acoustic Doppler Velocimetry was used to monitor the flow field under different diameter depth ratio(i.e.the ratio of side length to water depth)under the conditions of inlet pipe layout position,daily cycle times of water body and incident angle.The influence of diameter to depth ratio(2∶1~7∶1)on the flow field characteristics i
