摘要
目的探讨应用毛发移植术在重建发际线及颞点中的方法和效果。方法自2021年2月至2024年2月,对56例求美者进行发际线及颞点重建。结果随访56例求美者(均需要进行发际线及颞点种植)12个月-24个月,求美者对发际线及颞区毛发的密度、方向、角度、分布等方面对手术效果做出综合评价,非常满意48例,满意4例,2例自诉密度不均匀,12个月后进行了补种,2例失访。已随访的求美者术后毛囊成活率均高达95%以上,未出现毛囊炎、感染、坏死等并发症。总体满意率为非常满意(48)+满意(4)/总例数(56)=92.86%。结论重建发际线及颞点能达到额部发际线整体轮廓的曲线美,种植时严格按照发际线自然生长发现及角度,合理安排单根及双根毛发分布,最后能形成比较美观的整体发际线轮廓。
Objective To discuss the methods and outcomes of hair transplantation in reconstructing hairlines and temporal points.Methods From February 2021 to February 2024,hairline and temporal point reconstruction procedures were performed on 56 cosmetic seekers.Results Fifty-six cosmetic seekers(all in need of hairline and temporal point transplants)were followed up for 12 to 24 months.A comprehensive assessment of the surgical outcomes-which included density,direction,angle,and distribution of hair in the hairline and temporal areas—was carried out.The satisfaction rate was high,with 48 cases reporting to be very satisfied,4 satisfied,and 2 cases reporting uneven density,which were subsequently revised with additional transplantation after 12 months.Furthermore,there were 2 cases lost to follow-up.The survival rate of postoperative hair follicles in follow-up beauty seekers is over 95%,and there are no complications such as folliculitis,infection,or necrosis.The overall satisfaction rate was calculated as(48 very satisfied+4 satisfied/56 total number of cases=92.86%.Conclusion The reconstruction of the hairline and temporal points can achieve the aesthetic of a curved contour along the frontal hairline.By strictly adhering to the natural growth patterns and angles of the hairline and strategically arranging the distribution of single and double hair grafts,a pleasing overall hairline contour can be formed.
