摘要
进入“数智”时代,我国档案事业发展逐渐呈现智能化、多元化等特征。高校档案工作作为高校建设发展过程中的重要组成部分,在高校建设过程中起着承上启下的作用。文章从档案管理的观念落后、档案基础设施不够完善、档案人才缺乏等问题出发,提出转变新型的档案管理观念、优化基础设施、加大人才引进等优化路径,使高校档案工作能更好地服务高校教育、科研工作,满足广大师生的档案利用需求。早日实现档案信息资源的整合和共享,更好地推动高校档案事业的创新发展。
In the era of"digital intellectualization",the development of the archival industry has gradually shown the characteristics such as intellectualization and diversification in our country.As an important component of the devel-opment process of university construction,the work of university archives plays a bridging role in the process of uni-versity construction.Starting from the outdated concept of archives management,inadequate archive infrastructure,and for lack of archive talents,this article proposes the optimization paths such as transforming new archives manage-ment concepts,optimizing infrastructure,and increasing talents introduction,so as to better serve the university teach-ing and research work and meet the archives utilization needs of teachers and students.Realize the integration and sharing of archival information resources as soon as possible,and better promote the innovative development of the archival industry in universities.
