摘要
【目的/意义】文献信息资源是人类进行跨时空交流,认识和改造世界的基本工具,但是在实际应用中存在着信息相对滞后、部分信息尚待证实的现象。【方法/过程】以本市某高校图书馆为实验对象,对全校文献信息资源进行数字编目、信息整理和加工处理,以此构建文献信息资料数据库,在校园网中提供流通和信息检索服务,实现文献信息资源的共享、共建以及共知。利用最小化目标函数,对文献信息资源进行优化分配处理,按照不同调度目标对信息资源服务的顺序进行指定,最终实现了信息生态链动力机制下文献信息资源的集成管理。【结果/结论】测试结果显示,本文方法在对文献信息资源集成管理的过程中,文献信息资源内的集成耦合度和文献信息资源间的耦合度均较高,有利于提高信息资源利用率,实现资源共享,由此验证了本文方法具有良好的性能。【创新/局限】从信息生态链动力机制视角下,对文献信息资源集成管理,有效提升了文献信息管理能力,但是实际应用过程中的系统延时能力、CPU使用率、数据丢包率等方面仍有较大提升空间。
【Purpose/significance】Literature information resources are the basic tools for human beings to communicate across time and space and to understand and transform the world.However,in practical application,there exists the phenomenon that information is relatively lagged behind and part of information remains to be verified.【Method/process】Taking a university library in our city as an experimental object,digital cataloguing,information sorting and processing are carried out on the literature information resources of the whole university,so as to construct a literature information database,provide circulation and information retrieval services in the campus network,and realize the sharing,joint construction and common knowledge of the literature information resources.Using the minimized objective function,the document information resources are allocated optimally,and the order of information resources services is assigned according to different scheduling objectives.【Result/conclusion】 The test results show that the coupling degree of the integration and the coupling degree of the document information resources are high in the process of the document information resources integration management,which is conducive to improving the utilization rate of the information resources and realizing the resource sharing,and this proves that the method has good performance.【Innovation/limitation】From the perspective of the dynamic mechanism of the information ecological chain,the integrated management of literature information resources has effectively improved the capability of literature information management,but there is still room for improvement in respect of system latency,CPU utilization rate and data packet loss rate in the actual application.
