基于发动机工作点优化的行星排混动系统控制研究

摘要 行星排混动车辆油耗测试过程中存在油门开度频繁波动、油门制动频繁切换的现象,而当前能量管理策略中发动机工作点与油门和制动强耦合,导致车速跟随过程中发动机瞬态过程偏多,具体表现为发动机启停频繁、实际转矩波动大,最终导致发动机平均工作效率低、油耗恶化。针对此问题,本文提出了一种基于发动机功率滤波与启停时刻优化的发动机工作点优化方法,且在CHTC-LT工况下验证了所提方法的有效性。转鼓测试数据表明,本文所提的优化算法实现了发动机平均效率提升了4%,整车经济性提升了6%。 During the fuel consumption testing process of planetary hybrid vehicles,there are frequent fluctuations in throttle opening and frequent switching of throttle braking.However,in the current energy management strategy,the engine working point is strongly coupled with throttle and braking,resulting in more transient processes of the engine during the speed following process.Specifically,the engine starts and stops frequently,and the actual torque fluctuates greatly,ultimately leading to low average engine efficiency and deterioration of fuel consumption.In response to this issue,this article proposes an engine operating point optimization method based on engine power filtering and start stop time optimization,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified under CHTC-LT operating conditions.The drum test data shows that the optimization algorithm proposed in this article has achieved a 4% improvement in average engine efficiency and a 6 %improvement in overall vehicle economy.
