一种新型发动机可变阀驱动系统节能优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低发动机配气机构能量消耗,提高气门运动的稳定性,采用粒子群算法(PSO)优化可变阀驱动系统,并对优化结果进行仿真验证。创建了发动机可变阀系统简图模型,给出了发动机可变阀优化数学模型。定义了功率消耗的目标函数,对目标函数添加约束条件,给出了发动机可变阀设计变量。应用PSO算法并进行改进,给出了PSO算法优化的步骤,最终得出优化后设计变量参数值。为了验证优化后发动机能量消耗和发动机气门运动的稳定性,采用Matlab软件对发动机功率消耗、气门升程、气门速度和气门加速度进行仿真,并与优化前进行比较。结果显示:优化前,发动机功率消耗较大,气门升程、气门速度和气门加速度变化幅度较大,气门落地不稳定;优化后,发动机功率消耗较小,气门升程、气门速度和气门加速度变化幅度较小,气门落地相对稳定。采用PSO算法优化发动机可变阀驱动系统,可以降低燃油的消耗,提高气门运动的稳定性,效果较好。 In order to reduce the energy consumption of engine valve train and improve the stability of valve motion,particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to optimize the variable valve drive system,and the optimization results were verified by simulation.The sketch model of engine variable valve system is established,and the optimization mathematical model of engine variable valve is given.The objective function of power consumption is defined.Constraints are added to the objective function and the design variables of engine variable valves are given.Particle swarm optimization is introduced and improved.The steps of PSO are given.Finally,the parameters of design variables after optimization are obtained.In order to verify the stability of engine energy consumption and valve motion after optimization,the engine power consumption,valve lift,valve speed and valve acceleration were simulated with Matlab software,and compared with those before optimization.The results show that before optimization,the engine power consumption is large,the valve lift,valve speed and valve acceleration change greatly,and the valve landing is unstable;after optimization,the engine power consumption is small,the valve lift,valve speed and valve acceleration change slightly,and the valve landing is relatively stable.Particle swarm optimization is used to optimize engine variable valve drive system,which can reduce fuel consumption and improve the stability of valve motion.
