摘要
2020年以来,讨赖河流域金塔县鸳鸯灌区6—7月均出现了轻微局部旱情,导致农作物不同程度的减产,2022年上半年尤为突出,这一现象暴露了流域整体用水安全的隐患。本文在分析金塔鸳鸯灌区出现局部旱情原因的基础上,以落实最严格水资源管理制度保障流域用水安全为前提,查找问题,提出了今后有效防范的思路建议。
Since 2020,the Yuanyang Irrigation Area in Jinta County,located in the Taolai River Basin,has experienced slight local drought conditions during the months of June and July.This has resulted in varying degrees of crop yield reduction,particularly pronounced in the first half of 2022.This phenomenon has exposed hidden risks to the overall water security in the basin.Building upon an analysis of the causes behind the localized drought in the Yuanyang Irrigation Area,this paper proposes strategies and suggestions for effective prevention in the future,with the prerequisite of implementing the strictest water resources management system to ensure water security in the basin.
