摘要
油系针状焦是以减压渣油或催化裂化油浆为原料生产的高端碳材料,但原料组成复杂导致针状焦品质参差不齐。综述了原料中芳香分、饱和分、胶质、沥青质四组分组成与结构差异及灰分对针状焦品质的影响,总结了多种物化表征方法获得的针状焦结构信息,并阐述了针状焦微观结构与性能之间的关系。此外,讨论了针状焦预处理、延迟焦化和煅烧等环节对针状焦品质的影响,以期为通过调控生产工艺提升针状焦品质提供信息。
Petroleum-based needle coke,a high-end carbon material produced from residue oil or catalytic cracking slurry oil,is characterized by inconsistent quality due to the complexity of its raw materials.The review covered the effects of the four components,including aromatics,saturates,resins,and asphaltenes,on the quality of needle coke,as well as the influence of ash content.It also compiled information on the structure of needle coke obtained through several characterization methods to analyze the relationship between the microstructure of needle coke and its properties.Furthermore,the study investigated the influence of pre-treatment,delayed coking,and calcination on needle coke quality to obtain information for optimizing the overall quality by refining the production process.
