摘要
将齐鲁石化胜利炼油厂北催化油浆(FCC)和胜利减压渣油(VR)以不同比例搀兑,在490℃、0.8MPa条件下对搀兑后的原料进行不同反应时间的共炭化,得到了不同的中间产物。利用NMR、元素分析等手段对中间产物的HS、TS、PS、PI等组分进行了考察,并讨论了组成变化对成焦的影响。结果表明搀入FCC油浆抑制了VR的反应活性,降低了体系的反应速度,增加了基质的溶解度;体系的芳香度越高,取代基越少,侧链越短,基质对VR中的活性反应组分在炭化早期生成的高度缩合物质的溶解度越大。
The FCC slurry from Qilu Petro-Chem and Shengli vacuum residue(VR)were mixed in different proportions. The mixed feed stocks were co-carbonized for different period of time at 490 ℃and 0.8 MPa, which led to different intermediate products. The HS, TS, PS and PI components in the intermediate products as well as the final products were analyzed using 1H-NMR polarized optical microscopy, NMR and elemental analysis techniques. The effects of composition changes on coke forming were discussed. The results show that the addition of FCC slurry make the activity of VR being restrained and the reaction rate of the system being decreased, which helps to increase the solubility of the matrix. It is also found that higher aromaticity, fewer substitute groups and shorter side chains result in higher solubility of the system.
