摘要
换料水箱排空检修工作在M310机组的大修期间作为关键路径工作,耗时较长且工作窗口安排不明确。排空工作期间导致乏池失去冷却,废水接收处理压力较大,检修工作期间导致乏池冷却失去备用。针对以上问题,该论文通过实际数据对比分析,最终确定换料水箱的排空检修窗口,并将排空检修期间各阶段工作和其他关键路径工作并行,保证换料水箱排空检修工作不单独占用关键路径,节省大修工期。
The emptying and maintenance work for the refueling water tank was the main task during the overhaul of the M310 unit,which took a long time and had unclear work window arrangements.During the evacuation work,the spent fuel pool lost cooling,resulting in high pressure for wastewater reception and treatment.During the maintenance work,the spent fuel pool lost cooling and backup.In view of the above problems,the paper finally determines the emptying maintenance window of the refueling water tank through the comparative analysis of the actual data,and parallels the work of each stage during the emptying maintenance with the work of other main lines,so as to ensure that the emptying maintenance of the refueling water tank does not occupy the main line alone and save the overhaul period.
