摘要
中国-海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会峰会为双方经贸合作建立了新的发展契机,文章在海合会国家发展现状和与中国经贸合作分析的基础上,采用2010—2019年中国对海合会沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔、科威特、阿曼以及巴林等6个正式成员国直接投资投入和产出数据,使用DEA-Malmquist指数模型分析了直接投资效率动态演变趋势。研究结果显示,中国对海合会各成员国直接投资效率有所差异,但总体未能达到改善水平。主要原因是技术进步效率制约了投资效率的增长,文章在最后结合研究结果和各国经济发展现状给出相关政策建议。
The China Gulf Cooperation Council Summit has established a new development opportunity for economic and trade cooperation between the two sides.Based on the analysis of the current development status of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and their economic and trade cooperation with China,this article uses China's direct investment input and output data on six formal member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council,including Saudi Arabia,United Arab Emirates,Qatar,Kuwait,Oman,and Bahrain,from 2010 to 2019,The DEA Malmquist index model was used to analyze the dynamic evolution trend of direct investment efficiency.The research results show that there are differences in the efficiency of China's direct investment in the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council,but overall it has not reached the level of improvement.The main reason is that technological progress efficiency restricts the growth of investment efficiency.At the end of the article,relevant policy recommendations are provided based on research results and the current economic development status of various countries.
