CCTV技术在浏阳高新区沿河污水干管检测中的应用研究

摘要 该文以浏阳高新区某河段污水干管CCTV检测项目为例,简述CCTV检测技术的工作原理、检测方法,分析评估管道缺陷情况。该工程检测长度7591.48 m,共检测188段管道,其中结构性缺陷528处,主要缺陷为错口、破裂、变形,导致管道后期有较大污水渗漏的风险,大大增加水体污染的可能性;功能性缺陷124处,主要为沉积和树根,严重影响管道的输送功能。 This article takes a CCTV(Closed-Circuit Television)inspection project of a sewer main in a river section of Liuyang High-Tech Industrial Park as an example,briefly describes the working principle and inspection methods of CCTV inspection technology,and analyzes and evaluates the pipeline defect conditions.The project inspected a length of 7591.48 meters,covering 188 sections of pipelines,among which 528 structural defects were identified,primarily consisting of misalignments,ruptures,and deformations.These defects pose a significant risk of increased sewage leakage in the later stages,greatly enhancing the likelihood of water body pollution.Additionally,124 functional defects were found,mainly due to sedimentation and tree roots,which severely affect the pipeline's transportation function.
