南方某开发区排水系统提质增效案例分析

Analysis of quality improvement and efficiency improvement of drainage system in a development zone of Southern China

摘要 针对南方某开发区排水系统进厂浓度不高、雨污混接严重的现状问题,通过物探测绘、CCTV检测等综合排查手段,分析识别管网缺陷14 014处、雨污混接点526处、支管与主管未接通6处、检查井缺陷问题606处。根据管网排查发现的问题,提出缺陷修复、混接改造、拉通支管等技术措施,进厂COD、氨氮浓度比项目实施前显著提高,排水系统运行效能得到有效改善。 Aiming at the serious problem of low influent concentration and mixed stormwater and sewage drainage in a development zone of Southern China,this study analyzed and diagnosed 14014 pipeline defects,526 rain and sewage mixing points,6 unconnected branch and main pipes,and 606 inspection wells defects,using integrated approach of geophysical survey and CCTV pipeline inspection.For the problems found in the pipeline investigation,the technical measures of repairing defects,diverting stormwater and sewage,connecting branches and mains were proposed,which could significantly improve the average concentration of the water quality into the plant.These technical measures improved the efficiency of drainage system.
