摘要
阐述了激光切割、激光焊接、激光表面处理等加工技术在模具制造中的应用现状,通过案例和实践经验,展示了激光加工技术在提高模具制造效率、降低生产成本、改善模具质量等方面的优势和成果,并展望了激光加工技术在模具制造领域的发展方向。
The application status of laser cutting,laser welding,laser surface treatment,and other machining technologies were described in die and mould manufacturing.Through sharing the cases and practical experiences,the advantages and achievements of laser machining technology in improving die and mould manufacturing efficiency,reducing production costs and improving die and mould quality were demonstrated,and the future development direction of laser machining technology in the field of die and mould manufacturing was also prospected.
