摘要 针对3D打印技术在漆器制作中的应用进行了系统性探究。首先,介绍了3D打印技术的基本原理,并指出了其在制造业带来的全新可能性。随后,详细探讨了3D打印技术在漆器制作中的两类应用,包括胎体打印和漆膜打印。胎体打印主要用于制作漆器的基本结构,能够减小胎体误差,提高漆器的质量和稳定性;漆膜打印主要加速漆膜固化过程,提高涂层的性能和耐久性。然而,3D打印技术在漆器制作领域仍面临着一些挑战,如技术成熟度不足、材料成本较高、从业者技能转型等。在此基础上,本文提出了进一步研究3D打印技术在漆器制作中的发展方向,包括探索更多适合漆器制作的环保材料、优化打印工艺、智能化与自动化生产等。总体而言,3D打印技术为漆器制作带来了新的可能性和机遇,其广泛应用将为漆器产业注入新的活力,推动传统漆器文化的传承与创新。 This paper systematically explored the application of 3D printing technology in lacquerware production.Firstly,the basic principles of 3D printing technology was introduced,and the new possibilities it brought to the manufacturing industry was highlighted.Subsequently,the two main applications of 3D printing technology in lacquerware production,namely,body printing and film printing,were discussed in detail.Body printing was primarily used to create the fundamental structure of lacquerware,which could reduce body errors and improve the quality and stability of lacquerware.Film printing,on the other hand,could accelerate the film curing process,and enhance the performance and durability of coatings.However,3D printing technology in the lacquerware industry still faced some challenges,such as insufficient technical maturity,high material costs,and the need for skill transformation among practitioners.On this basis,this paper proposed further research directions for 3D printing technology in lacquerware production,including exploring more environmentally friendly materials suitable for lacquerware,optimizing printing processes,and promoting intelligent and automated production.Overall,3D printing technology brought new possibilities and opportunities to the field of lacquerware production,injecting new vitality into the lacquerware industry,and promoting the inheritance and innovation of traditional lacquerware culture.
