中空纤维液相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定纺织品中的芳香胺

Determination of aromatic amines in textile by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with hollow fiber-based liquid-phase micro-extraction

摘要 本文结合中空纤维液相微萃取(HF-LPME)与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,建立了纺织品中邻氨基苯甲醚、2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯胺、2-萘胺、4-氨基联苯、3,3’-二氯联苯胺5种芳香胺类物质的分析方法。优化后的液相微萃取条件:样品溶液pH调节为12,以甲苯为萃取溶剂,在室温及300 rpm搅拌速度下,萃取30min。富集倍数最高能达185倍。方法的检测线性范围0.05~10μg·mL^(-1),检出限均低于10 ng·mL^(-1),精密度(RSD,n=6)为3.8~7.9%,回收率为84.0~119.8%。 The new method used hollow fiber liquid-phase micro-extraction(HF-LPME)combining with gas chromatography mass spectrometry to determine five toxic aromatic amines in textile,which were o-anisidine,p-cresidine,2-naphthylamine,4-aminobiphenyl,3,3'-dimethoxy-benzidine.The extraction procedure was optimized,including overall,the extraction of 5 mixed aromatic amines had been achieved for 30 minutes by exposing 10μL toluene with 300 rpm strring rate in room temperature.The donor phase was adjusted to pH12.The enrichment factor was up to 185.The linear calibration ranges of method were from 0.05 to 10μg·mL^(-1) while the detection limits were less than 10 ng:mL^(-1),the RSD(n=6)were 3.8%~7.9%.The relative recoveries obtained by the proposed method from textile samples ranged from 84.0%to 119.8%.
