KOH萃取法测定纺织品中苯酚含量

摘要 建立了一种KOH萃取法测定纺织品中苯酚含量。样品经过乙酰化、液液萃取后利用GC-MS法测定苯酚含量。并从精密度、准确度、线性相关性、方法检出限和定量限入手评价该检测方法。结果表明当标准样品的浓度在1.0~20.0 mg/L时,线性相关系数R^(2)=0.9991,方法的检出限为0.05 mg/kg,织物的加标回收率范围在83%~105%之间。 A method for determination of phenol content by K0H extraction was established and applied to textils.After acetylation and extraction,the samples were determined by GC-MS.The detection methods were studied from four aspects:precision,accuracy,linear correlation,detection limit and quantitative limit.The results showed that when the concentration of standard sample was in the range of 1.0-20.0 mg/L,the linear correlation cofficient R^(2)was 0.9991,the detection limit of the method was 0.05 mg/kg.and the recoveries of negative samples were in the range of 83%-105%.
