摘要
基于现有研究成果及工作经验,提出了1种巷道超前支护液压支架设计方案,该方案主要以液压支架的重要结构部件为研究对象。为检验设计方案的有效性,在研究过程中,分别采用有限元仿真分析和工程应用分析2种方式进行检验,明确了设计方案有效性的同时,还及时发现和解决了设计方案中存在的问题。
Based on the existing research results and work experience,a hydraulic support design scheme for roadway advance support was proposed,which mainly took the important structural components of the hydraulic support as the research object.In order to test the effectiveness of the design scheme,the finite element simulation analysis and engineering application analysis were respectively used to test the effectiveness of the design scheme,and at the same time,the existing problems in the design scheme were found and solved in time.
