摘要
井下辅助运输系统作为煤矿智能化建设的关键部分,是集驱动、控制、运维和管理等先进技术于一体的高效、安全、趋向智能化和无人化的运输系统,其核心在于新技术与新理论在井下的应用实践。为此,对我国煤矿井下辅助运输系统的研究现状进行了总结与分析,对其未来的发展趋势进行了探讨。首先,介绍了有轨辅助运输在车辆设计与优化、轨道结构与布局、电机车控制与自动化等方面的技术,目前有轨电机车无人驾驶技术尚未达到自主自动驾驶程度,辅助运输系统应重点研究精细化闭环管控和高级辅助驾驶技术;其次,阐述了目前无轨运输在设计构建、安全管理和经济效益方面的研究现状,认为井下无轨运输车辆无人驾驶技术目前受限于汽车自动驾驶技术,并不能满足井下复杂环境的要求,且低功耗和防爆设计难度较大,暂未有实际进展;最后,分析了辅助运输系统在自动化与智能化、新型动力系统、无线通信和远程监控技术等关键技术的发展要求,提出未来煤矿井下辅助运输将朝向自动化、智能化、节能环保和数据驱动的方向发展。
As a key part of intelligent construction of coal mine,underground auxiliary transportation system is an efficient,safe,intelligent and unmanned transportation system which integrates advanced technologies such as drive,control,operation,maintenance and management,its core is the application of new technology and new theory in underground.Therefore,this paper summarized and analyzed the research status of the underground auxiliary transportation system in coal mines in China,and probed into its development trend in the future.Firstly,the technologies of rail-assisted transportation in vehicle design and optimization,track structure and layout,locomotive control and automation were introduced,at present,the unmanned driving technology of rail electric vehicles has not yet reached the level of autonomous driving.The auxiliary transportation system should focus on researching refined closed-loop control and advanced assistant driving technology.Secondly,the present research situation of trackless transportation in terms of design,construction,safety management,and economic benefits was elaborated.It was believed that the unmanned driving technology of underground trackless transportation vehicles was currently limited by automotive autonomous driving technology and cannot meet the requirements of complex underground environments.In addition,low power consumption and explosion-proof design were difficult to achieve,and there was no actual progress.Finally,the development requirements of the key technologies of the auxiliary transportation system,such as automation and intelligent,new power system,wireless communication and remote monitoring technology were analyzed,in the future,the underground auxiliary transportation will develop towards the direction of automation,intelligent,energy saving,environmental protection and data driving.
