摘要
文章首先介绍了国外无轨辅助运输的工艺特点,然后介绍了我国煤矿无轨辅助运输工艺经过引进、吸收、再创新的发展历程,指出目前我国已经形成斜井和竖井无轨辅助运输工艺并存的现状。接着介绍了我国目前已达到规模化、专业化水平的新型煤矿无轨辅助运输工艺,并分析了随着大量防爆柴油机车在井下应用,随之带来尾气污染、职业病危害等问题。最后指出我国通过政策引导和市场调节等方式,引导防爆无轨运输车辆向更高技术层次的清洁燃烧技术、防爆蓄电池车辆技术、无轨运输设备智能化技术的方向发展。
First,the author introduced the process characteristics of foreign trackless auxiliary transportation,and the development process of China’s coal mine trackless auxiliary transportation technology after introduction,absorption and reinnovation.It is pointed out that China has formed the coexistence of inclined shaft and shaft trackless auxiliary transportation technology.Then the new type of coal mine trackless auxiliary transportation technology is introduced which has reached the scale and specialization level in China,and the problems of tail gas pollution and occupational disease hazards are analyzed with the application of a large number of explosion-proof diesel locomotives.Finally,it is pointed out that through policy guidance and market regulation,China will guide the development of explosion-proof trackless transport vehicles to the highertech clean combustion technology,explosion-proof battery vehicle technology and intelligent technology of trackless transport equipment.
