摘要
在基础设施修建过程中,大跨度预应力连续梁桥被广泛应用于跨越山谷、河道,而大跨度预应力连续梁桥的施工安全、稳定性一直是建造过程中需要特别关注的问题。连续梁桥的施工工艺复杂,施工过程中涉及多次体系转换,影响参数较多。因此,为了确保连续梁桥施工安全与工程质量,必须建立合理、正确的监测控制体系。文章以某连续梁桥为主要研究对象,利用MIDAS/Civil有限元软件,对连续梁桥的施工安全、稳定性问题展开深入研究,并指导现场施工、线形监控、应力监控。通过对桥梁进行数值理论计算与现场实测数据分析对比,提出若干有价值的研究结果和建议,可供同类桥梁工程的监控人员参照与借鉴。
In the process of infrastructure construction,long-span prestressed continuous girder bridges are widely used to cross valleys and rivers,and the construction safety and stability of long-span prestressed continuous girder bridges have always been the problems that need special attention in the construction process.The construction technology of continuous girder bridge is complicated,and many system changes are involved in the construction process,which affects many parameters.In order to ensure the safety and quality of continuous beam bridge construction,it is necessary to establish a reasonable and correct monitoring and control system.This paper takes a continuous girder bridge as the main research object,and uses MIDAS/Civil finite element software to carry out in-depth research on the construction safety and stability of continuous girder bridge,and guides the on-site construction,line monitoring and stress monitoring.Through the numerical theoretical calculation of the bridge and the analysis and comparison of the field measurement data,some valuable research results and opinions are put forward,which can be used for reference by the monitoring personnel of similar bridge projects.
