摘要
智能时代计算机技术发展迅猛,但各行各业信息化水平却参差不齐。高校财务管理的信息化水平尤其在报销方面的智能化已经无法满足高校各方面的发展需要。以分析高校财务报销现状为出发点,找到高校财务报销难的原因,力求以新的思路,探索业财融合模式下高校如何进行财务报销管理,提出优化高校财务报销的具体措施,即引入业财融合思路,做好各部门协调工作;强化制度建设,构建规范长效机制;加强业财融合,提高财务预决算编制水平;优化网上报销系统,完善财务报销流程,提高财务信息化水平。
In the era of intelligence,computer technology has developed rapidly,but the level of informatization in various industries is uneven.The informatization level of financial management in universities,especially the intelligence in reimbursement,can no longer meet the development needs of various aspects of universities.Starting from analyzing the current situation of financial reimbursement in universities,we aim to identify the reasons for the difficulty of financial reimbursement in universities,and explore how universities can manage financial reimbursement under the integration of business and finance with new ideas.We propose specific measures to optimize financial reimbursement in universities,including introducing the integration of business and finance,and coordinating work among departments;strengthen institutional construction and build a standardized and long-term mechanism;strengthen the integration of business and finance,and improve the level of financial budget and final account preparation;optimize the online reimbursement system,improve the financial reimbursement process,and enhance the level of financial informatization.
