摘要 在国家鼓励全民创新的时代背景下,财政部对高校教学和科研经费的支持力度逐年增长,给高校现有的经费报销排队模式带来了极大的冲击,排队苦、报账难、效率低已成为众多高校亟需解决的难题。鉴于此,以现有排队模式为切入点,通过分析当前主流排队模式的优缺点,提出了一种新的排队模式,并通过问卷调查法和回归分析法来例证其可行性和高效性。 Under the background of the government encourage the whole people to innovate, support from treasury department for university teaching and scientific research funds has also increase, which strongly impact the existing queuing expense reim-bursement system of university. Many universities face the difficulties of queuing, expenses, reimbursement and low efficiency. In consideration of above situation, this article starts from the queuing model, research and analysis the advantage and disadvan-tage of the current queuing model, and builds a new efficiency queuing model which will check its feasibility and effectiveness through questionnaires and regression analysis.
