摘要
推进县域城乡融合发展,既是乡村全面振兴的内在要求,也是走中国特色乡村振兴道路的现实路径。从理论上看,作为马克思主义城乡观在中国的创造性突破,推进县域城乡融合发展是必然的;从历史角度看,县域城乡融合发展是对城乡一体化发展战略的继承与扬弃,能够有效破除城乡二元结构,所以走县域城乡融合发展之路是必要的;从现实角度看,中国县域结构具有稳定性,走县域城乡融合发展之路是可行的。新征程上,加快县域城乡融合发展,必须促进城乡要素流动通畅化,实行县域城乡规划一体化,加快县域内农民工市民化,实现县域公共服务均等化。
Promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties is not only an inherent requirement for the comprehensive revitalisation of villages,but also a realistic path to take the road of rural revitalisation with Chinese characteristics.From a theoretical point of view,as a creative breakthrough of the Marxist view of urban and rural areas in China,it is inevitable to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties;from a historical point of view,the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties is the inheritance and abandonment of urban and rural integration development strategy,which can effectively break the dual structure of urban and rural areas,so it is necessary to take the road of the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties;from a realistic point of view,the structure of the county area of China is stable,so it is feasible to take the road of the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties.From a practical point of view,the structure of Chinese counties is stable,so it is feasible to take the road of county-area urban-rural integrated development.On the new journey,to accelerate the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties,it is necessary to promote the smooth flow of urban and rural factors,implement the integration of urban and rural planning in counties,accelerate the citizenship of rural migrant workers in counties,and realise the equalisation of public services in counties.
