摘要
目的了解2018—2022年连云港市蚊虫种类构成、密度及季节性消长情况,为连云港市蚊媒疾病的综合控制工作提供技术支撑。方法采用诱蚊灯法,3—11月每月对连云港市居民区、公园、医院、农户、牲畜棚5类生境共100个点位进行监测,对种群密度、不同生境的蚊种构成、季节性消长特征进行分析。结果2018—2022年共捕获蚊虫91731只,平均密度为177只/(灯·h);淡色库蚊构成比最高,达到5569%。8月达到高峰,牲畜棚密度最高[461只/(灯·h)];不同生境蚊种构成比差异有统计学意义(P<005),城区、农村及全市蚊虫密度年际消长总体呈下降趋势,并且下降趋势差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论连云港市监测蚊种以淡色库蚊构成比最高,城区、农村的蚊虫密度年际消长总体呈下降趋势,牲畜棚蚊虫密度最高,建议在蚊虫活动高峰期到来前开展综合性蚊虫控制活动,牲畜棚应予以重点关注。
Objective To understand the mosquito species composition,population density,and seasonal fluctuation in Lianyungang City from 2018 to 2022,and to provide technical support for integrated control of mosquito-borne diseases in Lianyungang.Methods Light-trap method was employed to investigate adult mosquitoes in 100 monitoring points in 5different habitats of urban residential areas,parks,hospitals,rural houses and livestock sheds in Lianyungang from March to November,and the mosquito population density,species composition indifferent habitats,and seasonal fluctuation were analyzed Results A total of 91731 adult mosquitoes were captured in Lianyungang City from 2018 to 2022,and the overall mosquito density was 177 mosquitoes/(lamp·h).Culex pipiens pallenshad the highest proportion,accounting for 5569%.Mosquito activity peaked in August,and the highest mosquito density was found in livestock sheds,as much as 461 mosquitoes/(lamp·h)There was a statistical difference in the composition of mosquito species between different habitats(P<005).The mosquito density in urban areas,rural areas,and the whole city in Lianyungang generally decreased,and the difference of decline trend had statistical significance(P<005)Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens had the highest constituent ratio in Lianyungang.The mosquito density in urban and rural areas in Lianyungang generally decreased and was highest in livestock sheds However,mosquito control in livestock sheds should be strengthened It is suggested that comprehensive mosquito prevention and control measures should be carried out before and after the peak period.
